Speed isn’t everything, it’s the only thing and Rapid Tooling can compress "time to market" and reduce tooling costs.
 Res-Tech has been a leader in developing innovative, non-traditional tooling methods for 30 years. The tooling department can produce a wide variety of molds, from prototype tooling to multiple cavity high-volume production molds. Our tooling experts will also build rapid prototyping tooling for cast urethane components and for limited volume injection molding jobs.
Rapid Tooling techniques, such as Composite Tooling, allows us to generate more parts per mold. They also, bridge the gap between Room Temperature Vulcanized (RTV) silicone rubber molds, and machined aluminum tooling.
The net benefit is the creation of longer runs of functional prototypes or pre-production samples in a wider range of materials.
